As we'll soon find out, they're just as big a group of assholes as the Saints. But will their fate be the same? Also, this page talks about how TomTom got his ass kicked and had his war bandana stolen by members of a rival gang.

At the time, gangs didn't use bandanas as their symbols of membership - they actually used sweaters. Yes, knit Mr. Rogers lookin' sweaters. They had different ones for different occasions. Party Sweaters, War Sweaters, etc. And part of the rivalry between gangs was about collecting sweaters. If you were able to kick the ass of a high-ranking rival gang member and steal his sweater, it was a real status symbol for you. As I'm sure you can imagine, knit sweaters don't exactly translate as "badass" in a comic. So I switched it to bandanas. Historically inaccurate, yes, but more believable to those not versed in the old ways of Chicago street gangs! And now you know...
